ec 250 broke off pipe to exhaust silencer

Anyone else done this. I broke off the pipe between the slip joint and where it goes into the scilencer/spark arrester. What the heck????. I was going to replace it with a FMF power core turbine 2 ????. any other suggestions.

Mine did this, got it replaced for nothing

What year EC250? '07 and up it's bolt on. Older bikes require some modification but they work great. Mine blew 83.6 dB when last tested. If interested I posted pics of my 2 efforts mounting it to an '05 MC 250 HERE.



IMO we should all definitely consider the FMF Q Stealth to avoid noise complaints and preserve riding areas.

The bike is an 05 EC 250 and I wondered if it is from riding at the track. As there is tire marks on the inside of the silencer. Thnks for the replies. RB
