What do u think, too lean or too rich? Sounds and rides well.

Riding at 150m above sealevel and about 20celcius

CCK #1,
PJ 40 ,
Main 170 ,
slide 7.

So why are you asking?

Move the needle clip one position. Then the other direction.

Better or worse?

Any pinging noise?

Because im new to jetting and I wanted to know if you think of that. "WOW, thats way too lean" or "WOW, thats too rich" or ....

Started out with need in #3 , with some hesitation on throttle, which improved by moving it to #2 and even more to #1.

Still not satisfied with throttle respone right of idle tho

Those numbers sound like maybe a RB modded carb. My 2007 ec250 with an RB mod carb has 175 main, 40 pilot with the air screw 2.25 turns out (so could run a 38 pilot), CEK needle at #2, and #7 slide. Similar elevation and temp to you.

Okay, i live in Europe so I dont think its RB modded. Good thing the numbers doesnt look way off. CEK #3 is similar to CCK #1 right?

Pulled the plug and it was black. better a bit rich then too lean i guess, im sticking with this jetting for now

By "CEK #3", Motoman is referring to the specific groove in the CEK jet needle in which he placed the "Jesus clip"; the third from the top, or the middle groove. (Jesus clip is referred to as such, because when moving the clip on a trail ride and the clip falls into the leaves and dirt, it often prompts the exclamation "Jesus!". I learned this from a fellow rider during a trail ride in Idaho. :) )

.

Maybe change the order and talk to Jesus before you play with the clip.
