Hi guys,
Due to a little crash my licenseplate holder (the part thats supports the rear fender) is broken. So now I have to rely on duckt tape at the moment.
at first I ordered this one: http://www.enduropuro.it/shop/en/license-plate/377-gasgas-2012-seat-updating-kit.html
but now it appears they dont stock it anymore and it is no longer produced by gasgas.
So now they've adviced me to order this one:
http://www.enduropuro.it/shop/en/license-plate/465-rear-fender-support-12-15.html
shape is exactly the same for 12-15 models, but on the 2012 the seat is mounted by a screw from below, but for 2013-... models, the seat is mounted by a screw on top. They tell me to modify the seat that it can be screwed from on top.
I have to admit that it would be nice to have it from above with a quarter twist bolt, but when I just drill a hole through the seat and seat cover, dirt and rain will get in.
Any tips here?
anyone who already did this?
thanks for your stories or tips!
