Great write-up from the race; laughed hard at your description of riding stem-to-stern over the trail debris of the competitor formerly occupying 2nd place.

Hope you didn't have to do a full rebuild after she got hot from the lack of coolant - any piston or cylinder damage from that?

Thank you! I pulled the pipe and had a good look at the cylinder and piston. No visible damage. Piston crown looked good as well. I put about 10 hours on it last weekend with no issues, so I guess these Gassers are pretty tough!
