engine mounting brackets

i am having some dramas with the two engine mounting brackets that bolt to the top of the cylinder to the frame,
they keep coming loose which then proceeds to vibrate every other bolt loose on the bike ,it also shags the two o-rings on the exaust outlet.
has anyone else had this problem
