Few things

Am doing the top end on my ec and the rads are in the way stopping the cylinder coming off .. how the hell do I remove them ? Lol . Also I'm struggling at being able to get to the 1 bolt on the head (under the engine mount)

It's an 09 EC 125

It's so much easier to do it when the engine is off the frame. That way you don't have to worry about dirt getting into your engine and it takes much less effort. It's quite easy to take the engine off the frame, just fix your bike on the stand so it won't fall.

undo the rads on the bottom and swing them forward and it gives enough room

As per the previous post you can remove the bottom bolt on the radiators and then swing the bottom of the radiators forward so that you can get better access to the cylinder head. But from looking at that pic I would have thought that an extension on a ratchet would enable you to remove it without too much trouble.

yep a longer extension bar from your ratchet to socket should sort that
