Finally some good news

Really cool study but nothing we didn't already know:rolleyes:

How many times have you guys tried to explain this to the non believers that our sport is serious exercise. Even my kids didn't believe it:eek:

I'm new to the mountain biking thing and I can highly recommend it to anyone considering giving it a shot. It's super fun and your leg strength and cardio will really improve. Of course it's one more thing to maintain (lucky me I get my bike and 3 kids bikes as well).
