Minnesota had the first hare scramble of the year on May 4th and GasGas's new regional support rider Nathan Ferderer finished 2nd overall! Despite a bad start, Nathan was quickly up into first place and leading until he had a chose a new line through the mud to pass a lapper. Turns out the new line was a mud bog and held him up. Kyle Nelson made the pass and Nathan ran out of time to catch him!
Even better for Nathan is the fact he graduates from Wisconsin with an engineering degree in 10 days, so congrats on that as well.
GoFasters support rider Dustin Roggenbuck took 2nd in Open B after getting stuck in a mudhole as well. Dustin led most of the race until he got stuck in the mud as well.
GoFasters longtime support rider Brian Hasslen and ISDE medal winner won the Vet "A" as well.
Pretty good day in Minnesota..Congrats to all three!
