First post. Engine setup

Yes 2-3 threads up the spark plug hole. Our gas around here is consistent. Runs great in all my turbo charged car projects. If the quality varied I would know. My boosted Civic is very sensitive

I got the bike all back together. The engine seems quieter with the squish set right. With that said the Scalvini exhaust isn?t that much louder than the stock setup even though it?s about 10 inches shorter.

I haven?t got a good ride in yet as it?s been terribly hot here and I just can?t get off my butt and go ride with all my gear on

Does look amazing, doesn't it.

Just a thought - do you have a cush drive hub?

If not, supermoto & road riding is very tough on your main drive shaft I'm fairly sure.

I?ve heard of this but I think it?s a myth. My Honda CRF250L doesn?t have a crush drive and it was meant for commuting. Although I had a crush drive on my 04 Yamaha YZ450 and it made hard downshifting much more pleasant

Ok it?s 78F here today so I got a proper ride in. HOLY MOLY thing picked up some power. Much more manageable in the mid range and pulls hard all the way to the limiter. This is exactly what I was looking for!

Thanks to all on the forum who added input to this thread. It was a real treat for me having the attention of so many knowledgeable people
