Is there a trail system in Quebec or is just private land or pirate trail?

Yes, there is a nice trail system organization called ''FQMHR''. Governement public lands and exploitation zones are also legal places to ride. To ride on a private land you need a written autorisation and your bike must be plated and insured.

i'm so jaelous of you all who have the opportunity to ride in places like that LEGALLY.
we in belgium can't go ANYWHERE

sometimes i think about moving abroad so i could practice my hobby.
now i just go our riding every 2 months orso, so they wouldn't have too many chances in catching me riding illegal
