Has been canceled for 10-28-12, due to land issues.

There will be a Dual Sport ride in its place, on 10-28-12.

Bikes need to be street legal.

Does this mean that the series will go from having 2 drops to one drop?

I'm not sure it even matters. I haven't seen any points posted for the series, and the first race was in April.

If you're talking about IERA points, it may go to one throw away. It's in the rules how many races you need before two throw outs, but I'm too lazy to look it up.

No, I was talking about District 17. The rules state that a 10 races series will have one throw out and that an 11 race series will have 2. I'm just not for sure how it will be handled since it is a mid season cancellation.

It would have been obvious if it would have been dropped before the start of the season, but since the season already started someone might have already skipped a race that they otherwise would have done if they knew they only had one drop.

I'm not stressing about it either way.
