just thinkin here, does anybody else think that a dirtbike videogame that's focus is on offroad rather than mx would be cool? and not just cool, but also a great sales pitch for offroad to kids? the new game systems would be more than capable of running it. and dont get me wrong, i would rather be on the pegs of my bike than in front of a screen, but during the winter, or after it gets dark, i wouldnt mind going inside and riding on a game system.i think it would be crazy fun and it would get more people interested in riding, and who knows, maybe we could get a gasgas in the line up? just my thoughts.

from what it looks like on the trailer, its all open terrain without. i would bet there is no log hopping, and no rock gardens. im talking more like tight single track, first or third person view, more technical and difficult than mx vs. atv. and i agree a ps3 would run it like a champ.

It does have logs and rocks, but not like what we ride. You are right it is wide open. The rocks are rock piles and not rock gardens.

I'd like to see such a game.
However, dark of night and weather shouldn't hamper your riding. Some of my favorite riding is at night. We use the Magicshine 1400 lumens LED lights on our helmets. With that, the light on your bike is nearly useless, and the forest lights up like you wouldn't believe!

i almost always ride alone, and i do not have the equipment to ride alone at night. the bike hasnt had a headlight in a long time also. ill stick to above freezing temps and a little light from the sky while riding lol.
