It's only what is in the picture, the axle spacer that moves the rear axle.

I also have a factory chain guide from an MC, I could sell you that for $18 shipped. This does not fit the TM designworks guide. It has a newer bottom roller on it.

I assumed all the MC gassers came with the TM designs type guide instead of the roller type on the EC gassers.
