So the internet has spoken.. Nobody out there looking (or can afford) $3k+ dirt bikes. I got it & totally understand because I'm pretty much in the same situation. New tactic for the Fall Season.. YOU tell ME what you are willing to pay.
DM me a realistic, SERIOUS offer like you are ready to hop on a plane or skateboard to my house & pick it up. Worst I can say is no. Don't be a Marketplace tard with stupid DM's, We are all adults in a relatively small forum of enthusiasts. Looking for a bike? I just made you an offer you can't refuse. I'll leave this up for a few weeks & see how it goes, otherwise I'll assume the market has disappeared & nobody can even afford a new lawnmower with the current state of things. Then I'll delete the post altogether. The rest of the post below is unchanged. All the best.
Guys, I am reluctantly having to sell my 6D. I have a few too many bikes & 2 more incoming. I need to thin the herd a bit. I need to make some room.
I have for sale an '11 300 6D in very nice condition. Runs ridiculously well & shifts like it should. High quality oil with non-ethanol fuel @ 2.5% & more than regular gear oil changes for the last few years. Previous owner tuned the suspension for a heaver rider & at one point sent the carb to Ron Black. It has a working TT Vapor display. He also added a D/S lighting kit & really made an abortion out of the wiring. I can't sleep at night knowing the wiring is in such a state as I like things done right or not at all. I replaced all the wiring including the stator with OEM GG. PO went to red plastic, I wanted the original 6D look & I sourced all the right stuff to make it look like it was in the showroom floor.
I don't throw a coat of paint on things to cover shit up like flippers do, this is MY bike.. All the scratches & wear marks come free of charge, WYSIWYG. The bike also has a NYS title in my name. I'm uploading ONE pic of the bike, my post should speak for itself. If you are interest & want to see anything else, just DM me.
I bought this bike during the great beer virus premium nonsense AND have another 1K in it putting it right. As you can guess, I'm selling this at a loss.
I'm still waiting on the day I actually make a profit on a dirt bike. K. Kaplan I am not.
