I'm fitting a newer tank(or trying) to an older GG. I have a 97 250ec and I want a newer style tank. I have an 04 and it doesnt fit at all. I also tried my 03's fuel tank. The tank would fit but the cylinder head gets in the way. The lower rad hoses are up higher on the head than my 03. My question is, does the 99 tank fit the 97 cyl. head?? If somebody has a 99-01, if they could get me a pic of the cyl. head where the hoses attach, that be great. Also if anybody has a stock or oversized 99 tank I'd be interesed. I have extra shrouds for my 03 that I'd like to use on my 97 as its very hard to find 97 shrouds(that arnt pink!)
