GasGas FSR 450 2008 Oil capacity

Hello,

I am a GasGas Rider from Germany and new to the forum. I recently changed the oil and saw that there's two observation holes. The driver's manual says I have to look at number one but I wonder why there's a second one. Thank's for answers! Best regards!

I fill it to the top of higher one at least, usually even more. My bikes have oil pressure sensors and not having enough oil causes them to come on at when bike is leaned to side or when doing a rapid acceleration. I can not tell you for sure that this method is correct but I have been using it with 2 GasGas 450s(same engine as you) with success.

I ignore the sight glasses. Manual on my 2007 calls for 1200ml with a filter change, which is way over the glass
