Hyde Pipe Skid Plate Combo

Fits 10 and 11, 200-300 with OEM Pipes

I originally fitted it with a FMF, and I did massage it to fit the OEM pipe better. There is a small crack at the top of the pipe guard portion only because I got the guard a little too warm when i was massaging it into place. This is a $179 pipe guard for $75 plus shipping.

Good to know. Let me see what direction I want to go and I will get back to you. Can I replace the bolts with longer, or are they studs?

They are studs but they are quite long you can raise them quite tall with spacers.

Anyone know if this will fit on a 03?

I would have to think it would be close to fit a 2003. With a little heating and molding it should fit. The frame of a GasGas has not changed much, main thing is the pipes have changed, but I have never looked at a 2003 in much detail.

USA '03s had FMF pipes, at least mine did. That may or may not be a problem. The GG pipes from '04 through '07 are the same, but quite different than the newer pipes.

FWIW, this EXG-109 guard will fit a '12, I've done it.

There is a good video to show how the mounts work. They can move a lot if to take out the internal shims to the least amount. They really cut down on the vibes.

Looks like a good alternative to Flexx or the Twisted Engineering bars. Your review was very positive, Mind me asking why you're selling?

Bought the mounts for fear I had carpal tunnel issues, ended up being mainly arm pump, which it really helped with. But in the end I was able to train myself out of them. I kept adding shims till it was stiff and I figure someone else can enjoy them. You could really tell on severe jolts it would really flex. Hope that makes sense.
