Year makes a big difference. Older FMF Gnarly/Fatty was a bottom end pipe. Newer FMF and GG pipe are nice even power pipes. IMO what you have now is hard to beat.

pipe

I swapped my stock pipe for a Knarly + turbine core 2 and I was amazed by the difference all the way through the range, bottom end especially. It made a great bike better.

has anyone put a FMF Fatty on a EC 300? I'm just curious how much "snappier" the fatty is over the gnarly, if at all. opinions please.

GG pipe is unreal tough compared to a gnarly pipe. I don't notice much by way of performance difference. I use to run 3 gnarlys and swap them out once they were too smashed in. I ran all last year on one gg pipe... toughest pipe I have ever seen!

Oh I have some gnarly's for sale if anyone is interested.
