i'm looking for a wireing diagram to sort out my lights an help
and tips are much appreciated

I expect someone on here will be able to point you toward a download manual for a 2001. So far as lighting goes, I would expect your bike to have the remains of an old leonelli loom, which were not very good to start with, and probably more hassle than it's worth to try and sort out ten years down the line. I would suggest first working through the ignition wiring and checking that it is sound, then moving on to the lighting loom. It may well be worth re using the major lighting components, but starting from scratch with the wiring and connectors and rebuilding the lighting loom - it may well be quicker and more effective than trying to diagnose and fix faults in the old one.

Go on the Spanish GasGas site and look at the download manuals. The later manuals after about 2006 have wiring diagrams on the last page. The wiring is just about the same for all model years.
