Hi after e lot of test on 2004 ec300 i find the solution of jetting end is very simple the gg moto run cold and needs rich setting on carb 180 main , the ktm 300 use 162 main the main differences is the ktm have thermostat end run much hotter than gg so on the new model 2011 gg have thermostat on left side radiator hose if look from front . I by the thermostat from local dealer for 70 euro , with the jdjetting kit on carb, the settings is = pilot 40 , needle blue 2 from top, main 175 the bike working like 4stroke very clean acceleration of bottom to top without hit on top amazing , no oil from exhaust no smoke the best 2stoke engine bike try it , you find your smile
