anyone using GPI radiators? I've got a 2011 and I put a pinhole in the left side today

I've had great luck with ebay radiators but I always check first to see if there's fitment issues

I have them on my 12 mate. Fitted up well and have not had a problem with them except lately when I changed caps and the new one did not seal properly.
Cheers Mark

I am very happy with the GPI radiators. Well built and from heavier materials than the stock rads, and higher volume. I had no fitment issues, even with the 3.2 gallon fuel tank. The stock louvers did not fit up, but nothing 8 zip ties could not handle.

Mine came with a 1.3 bar cap. I replaced with 1.4 bar. Any rad cap from a Japanese bike will work.

radiator cap side does not fit, the bottom outlet points at & is within 1cm of exiting into the engine case

I believe that desertgasser had to bend one of the outlets on his radiators to make it work. Must be some fitment issues on the newer frames. They fit up perfect on my '05.

Iv got them on my 2012 with no problems at all, my rad cap is 1.8 bar i did try and put the original gasser cap on but it leaked from the overflow

seller was not interested in my feedback, I used a torch and bent it so it kinda clears, the hose does hit the engine so I'll have to watch for wear.

I patched my OEM radiator so I can fall back to that if I have to

My Mylers radiators had a problem with fit up on the left side with the lower pipe being to close inboard. Sent it to Mylers they fixed in a day. Great service.

The GPI rad had an interference issue on the lower LH outlet. I didn't like how it was rubbing against the engine so I just slowly bent it outta the way- slid a steel bar into it and tweaked it.

Other than that- they are really nice. As mentioned above- heavier, more capacity, fully welded and polished.
