Hanging idle EC300 -12

Hi

Have av Ec300 -12 and when I rev it in neutral the idle hang for some seconds, its that normal or is something wrong?

I bit annoying

The bike have like 80 hours and works just fine otherwise, its have a JD jet kit on it.

Air leak? Check for oil spluge base gasket or exhaust perhaps. Actually mine was doing this ride before last. Exhaust spigot was loose. New gasket fixed it. Wasn't much leak of oil though. Check Reed carb airbox. If get desperate spray engine start in those areas while idling to se if revs increase
