These aren't great pictures but they should get you there. I taped the top of the housing in the second shot to attempt to cut down flash glare. The photos were taken from the top.
The screw is at the 9 o'clock position looking at the back of the bulb. The wire comes out from the back, plunging at 12 o'clock and then back out, running above the housing before the tail appears to locate into the housing at about 4 o'clock.
Heading anti-clockwise from the screw, the wire runs straight against the back of the bulb roughly parallel with the ground at the bottom of the bulb. This tail terminates flat against the bulb.
