Help with Stator/Flywheel crossover

Does anyone know if the stator & flywheel off of an '06 KTM 300 XC-W will fit my 2006 GG DE 300?

And if so - is this KTM setup a 2K2 or a 2K3?

I've had a hard time finding a 2K3! So thanks for the help,
