I have, but only on the road. I think I'll be supermotoing it as my knees are too knackered to do much offroading!

Interesting. Gearbox will be your biggest concern on the road i reckon...... With the longevity of it i mean !

Not sure if its possible to retro-fit some sort of cush-drive, or get it built into 17" (?) wheels presuming your going down that route.

I've been offered a set of Bandit 400 3 spoke 17" wheels which should fit with a bearing change, and have a cush drive. I just need to measure the sprocket carrier to see if there's enough meat to bore it out to take a 55mm diameter bearing. It shouldn't be too much of a problem as I have turning and milling facilities at home.
