hi guys,
I bought piston wossner cote A 66.33-1 ring but ring
it is closing in window opposite evacuations....

This is a problem???
thank you very much..

The ring alignment pins need to be located to keep the ring gap between the ports so they do not snag and break. The arrow on the top of the piston points in the direction of flow, from the intake to the exhaust.

hi! The piston was put correctly in the cylinder with the arrow directiond the exhaust. The ring aligment pins is closing in the window opposite exhaust. should the piston that i put in, be not ec 250? on the box was written ec 250, tm 250. what happens if i put it like this?

thanks!

Sounds like your piston is marked incorrectly (bad manufacturing?). Any ring locating pin should never cross a port on a 2 stroke engine.
