Holding back in first and second

I've got an ec300 2011. In first and second gear it holds back and burbles and just won't get going properly, third seams ok and it takes off. I've cleaned the carb and am running NIEG, 178, 38 jets. It starts fine when cold but can take a few kicks when hot. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Lower the needle. Sounds like it's running rich
