So I just looked at Gasgasmans PFP adjuster and wondered what other great tools the forum members have ?

This is a great idea! I love seeing custom tools.

I have a few wrenches ive cut up and drilled holes in to reduce weight. I'll have to take some pics.

Here's my oil fill tool. Not this dirty though.

I like your funnel. I've been using a quart gear oil bottle (they have a similar sized tip) that I refill from a gallon jug. While it is easy to use to fill the bike it is often messy to fill the oil bottle from the gallon jug. I may switch to your type of funnel but use the large size caulking tube so i can put a whole quart of oil in it at a time and not have to measure the amount. I can simply leave the tube full size and drill an overflow hole at the 1 quart (or 1 litre) fill point then each time fill it up to where oil comes out the hole.

ok here are mine:

oil filler, not the hook for hands free filling and the v-cut end to fit in the filler hole

brake bleed kit

sachs fork cartridge holder tool to loosen base nut

fork oil height tool

Not a tool. But, a quick change rear axle.

I made this up for the GasGas team bike at the 2009 24hr Race in Alabama.

I just made a funnel for my bike. I took the top off a dish soap bottle (Dawn dish detergent) and screwed it on a larger size plastic bottle. Stuck a 2-3' piece of plastic tubing to the nipple on the soap bottle top and cut the bottom off the bottle. I can now place the bottle in between my bark buster, stick the tube in the little fill hole for oil . Fill the bottle up with oil and sit back and have a beer. Works great and because I had the tubing hanging around it was free.

Will see it this works for the 2 barrel bolts in the powervalve housing

My torque wrench adapter for the cylinder bolts.

How do you compensate for the extra torque? Wouldn't the wrench add leverage causing the torque value to be higher than the setting on the torque wrench?

cool mod,i also wonder about getting false torque tho,at first glance youre getting more leverage but the length to the breaking pivot is the same so maybe not.test it on a bolt with and without your extension, compare and let us know, nice job!
the plastic bottle/tubing fillers similar to above are also useful for sucking old clutch/brake fluid out of res.squeeze bottle, insert hose, release squeeze and vacuum old fluid out.

Not if it is at 90. Degrees. I have a conversion chart from motion pro for the 12mm I bought if you use it straight.
