It is time to pass the hat to cover the costs here again. This is for webhosting and the forum hosting/maintenance. Details follow...
This time around we covered the cost for migrating from the ancient forum software (vbulletin on a home based linux webserver) to the new shiny forum software (xenforo on the cloud). This included work to migrate the database and consulting from xenforo to help set up the new forum here. The cost of this service was $240.
Going forward the cost of running the forum will be $60 per month from xenforo for managed cloud based discussion forum. This includes all backups and software updates that are needed along the way.
We also need to pay for simple webhosting at site ground for about $20 per month.
So the total cost per month going forward is now reduced to about $80 per month.
