i have a gasgas wild hp300 for a few days, i'm check it complete to find any defects, what i find is a broken brake disc of the rear. its broken on 8 places . the bearings from the rear axle need to replaced, and the house of the hydraulic clutch what is mounted on the engine. what it is going to cost totally is around the 250 euro's ( i guess)

pictures you can find on: http://quadforumbenelux.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=32992 its a dutch site because i'm from the netherlands :D

I've buy a compression meter to check out the compression of the gasgas, it is now 1:12 but i do not know wat it is original without any adjustments. is there someone here who no's the original compression?

Sorry for my bad english i'm trying to do it that good as possible

Thanks!

Both my bikes have 175psi +/-. one has had the squish machined. I wouldn't think the 300 would be much different. I don't know if there is a published specification for the compression ratio.
You could probably use the clutch slave cylinder from a bike engine. Watch ebay as they get parted out often.
There aren't near as many ATVers on this site. Have patience and others will eventually chime in :)

thanks for the advice, i've found a dealer who's building gasgas 300 blocks in his homemade cross quads. it's 4 km from here ( 4000 meters ;) and can order parts by gasgas.

What about the clutch slave cylinder, its exactly the same as that one from the gasgas ec300

Did you find axle bearings? I replaced mine with bearings from a Honda TRX250 Recon. I put two bearings in each side for a total of four. It took a little mod, but they have been working fine for awhile.
If you can not find the rear disc, a disc off of a late model KTM rear wheel (530EXC as an example) will work. You just need to drill the holes out to the same size as your old disc. There is a multitude of discs available for the KTM so you have a lot more options available if you do that. I found the KTM original part to be my best deal here in the U.S.

i found the bearings, the come out spain , i've found bearing to of the size 12 mm the rear axle bearing where 21 and 24 ( 2 x 12) fits to, but this bearing were verry expensive 320 euro's for all four !! i have found the break disc to in spain i payt 140 euro's for it what is verry expensive for an break disc i think... the options for the parts of a TRX250 and the KTM can be verry usefull i should think about it if i need parts ! :D

Try to find bearing 907257. It is the same bearing as the original. This is the bearing i put on my quad.
