E Eric K New member Oct 20, 2008 #2 Most likely jetting. Air screw, pilot jet and needle are the usual suspects. However, before you tweak jetting, check your spark plug to see if it is fouled.

iancp5 New member Oct 24, 2008 #3 I never got my 300 to provide a stable idle despite trying all sorts of jetting. I could get it to idle for a minute max. Rumour has it you need a leaner slide on some.
