Jammed steering lock from thief

It looks like someone tried jamming a screwdriver in my steering lock on my 450SM and I can't insert the key in all the way to unlock the bars. They must have tried to break it using the handlebars also because one of the bar clamps is wobbly.

My question is how do I unlock my bars now that the lock mechanism is jammed?

You will have to drill out the lock cylinder.
Kind of a pain, but it can be done.

Crap, I was afraid of that.

I am also not getting any power from the battery. I put a new one in and when I turn the ignition key, I get no dash lights or anything. No fuses blown and I tried hotwiring it to rule out the ignition but still nothing.

Its been quite a while since I've ridden it, but iirc, the headlights are supposed to turn on even without the key on, but I'm not getting any lights and my trailtech vapor doesn't come on either.
