D Doc Brown New member Aug 29, 2020 #2 The 2011 owners manual (https://gasgas.com/en/manuals) only contains a correction table for various temperatures but no jetting chart. The factory setting is a good point to start with. Change jetting according to temperature and altitude. You may find good jetting data here: http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=2162

(F5) Gold Level Site Supporter Aug 31, 2020 #3 The stock needle N1FE needs to be modified. First choosing some sturdy linesman pliers, cut into 2 or more equal lengths. Problem 1/2 solved. NEDJ needle from an RM250 is my vote.

Just as a side note, I went from JD to NECW and the bike run well but very aggressive. I then took the NECH, which is one full clip richer than the NECW and the bike runs a lot better now
