I had my 2010 Six Days Sachs suspension revalved this summer by Les at LT Racing and he did an amazing job. I have enough rides on it now to say this without doubt, it is soooo much better. I used to try and avoid rocks and roots because of the mid stroke harshness, but now I find myself aiming for this stuff just to try and test the limits of the suspension. In all honesty, I didn't think the stock suspension was that bad, I new there was room for improvement, but I didn't realize how much until I had it done. I really notice it now when I ride my buddies 2011 six days with zoke/ohlins back to back with my bike, there is no comparison. I would highly recommend using Les for your suspension needs, not only is his work top notch, but he is great to deal with and super helpful. Give him a call!

Sounds great!! I am going through considering a revalve right now on my '10 with the Sachs. I'm happy with the rear, the front HS compression is a bit harsh to me on chop, roots and small rocks.

I guess I have to ride faster to make it work right! ;)

just curious, has anyone with the 2011 45 mm zokes got Les to set them up? i hear a lot of people that are not real happy with them in stock form. just looking for some feedback if there is any out there yet?

Same as the older 45s, he has done hundreds of them since '04, plus Huskys. He also just did his first set of the new CC 48mm Zokes.

Basically just revalved them softer. He was also surprised the seals had a lot of stiction. They were from a Nambo. I didn't get all the details but the forks were stiff. They are much like a KYB CC fork so while there is a learning curve I suppose it won't be to steep.

48 zokes

I have a set 48mm zokes I sent to les. The fork compression was really stiff and the rebound was way to fast. I am comparing them a set ttx valved and sprung by Ohlins usa. So far I like the Ohlins better but has nothing to do with the quality of work by ltr. This week I replaced the stock. 41 with. 44. I believe I was riding to deep into the stroke. I will let everyone know how this works out.

What springs fit? I'm going to need .44s as well and would like to just do it ASAP after the bike shows up so I can enjoy it.

He did the susp. on my '07 300 & it is far & away the best I've ever had, of numerous bikes over the decades.
