Stalling can be caused by so many things. jetting, ignition, clutch, and idle. I was running a 50 tooth rear sprocket on my '05 EC300, but after the getting the cut head, I had TOO much low-end grunt which is the reason I ended up with the head. But, taming power is way easier than making more, so I changed to the CCK needle (now a CCL), #7 slide and dropped to a 49 tooth rear sprocket. If I put the LTR needle and #8 slide back in I would need to drop to the stock 47 tooth sprocket. I plan on trying this out someday.
