Magnesium clutch cover

I bought this cover used as a replacement for my warped cover. However, the new cover is deeper and fouls my brake pedal, and the original isn't too bad after all. I paid $35 plus $8 shipping, would like the same. Will ship anywhere CONUS for that price, out of the states will require a bit more (to be discussed). It's about 10mm deeper, same bolt spacing for a 2002 300. Can provide pics on request. It does say "Magnesium" and GasGas, pretty trick looking piece of kit, I just have no use for it.

would it fit 2009 300?and could you post some pics? in uk so could you give me price on shipping? thanks Mark

I believe the cover changed in 2007 or 2008, I would ask someone more knowledgeable on the subject. Hopefully one of the local historians will chime in. I'll work up a shipping quote to the UK, just give me your postal code (or whatever it is called). PM if you don't feel comfortable posting your personal info for the world to see.

The older covers will not fit on the newer bikes. My 97' cover will not fit on my 07', but i'm not sure what year changed before that.

I think that 2007 is the new cover, that seems to be the common year surrounding discussions of compatibility regarding the clutch cover from my "research."

Shipping looks to be $17 USD to the UK using a small fixed price box. Total price of $52 USD if anyone wants it shipped to UK, same price to AUS.

Do you still have the clutch cover? If so (and you see this in time), could you bring it with you tomorrow to Roscoe's Meet-n-Greet ride? I plan on being there, and I think I'd like that clutch cover. I'll post this on the Meet-n-Greet ride thread too just to double my chances of you seeing it...

It is in the gear bag. Gonna have to charge extra for delivery :)

Just for the record, I was forced to add the second exclamation point to that previous post, because apparently this software doesn't appreciate brevity! It wouldn't accept a post of less than 10 characters.
I'm not normally that over-the-top emotive.

Thanks for forcing me to open the gear bag. I forgot to load my jersey and armored shorts. Will probably need at least one of those items.

See you at 9-ish. I am driving a green Dodge (former) Metro van. You can still see where the stickers were. Helps with stealthy HOV action...
