I've found my master cylinder to be at fault how I don't know but it is.

what's the part number for the nissin one or what other bikes use the same as the 03 ec

Doesn't really matter. Any MC will work as long as the piston is the correct size for the caliper setup. As most modern dirty bikes run essentially similar front calipers, any dirtbike MC will work.

Really the only limiting factor is how the brake line attaches to the MC. Not all MC's use a traditional banjo bolt and not all banjo bolts are in the same orientation ... and it is a serious bitch to try to rotate a brake line by 90 deg.
