Matto Cycle rocks!

I have recently been ordering various parts from Matto Cycle in Pennsylvania.

These guys are excellent. They have plenty of stuff in stock, and when they don't, they let me know.

I love the fact that when they say they will get back to me, they actually call me back or send me an informative email.

Excellent customer service from these guys.

In all honesty, whether it's been Richard at House of Horsepower or Mark at GoFasters in the past, my interactions with GasGas folks has been outstanding.

Wanted to call Matto out for providing great service!

I have been a customer of Budd's for sometime, I am lucky that he is only about 30 minutes from the house. He is the reason I bought a GasGas, he supported me with KTM parts and when the time came for a new bike I wanted to buy from him. He also stands behind his service and what he sells, if there is a problem call him and work it out.
Check out is suspension service he re-did mine after I spent big bucks with someone else and he fixed it for less than half the cost. Best suspension I have ever had.
Can't say enough good things about Budd and his crew!

Agreed on all points. Budd Matto is in fact, all things Gas Gas. They not only keep a complete line of P&A in stock, but now they have invested heavily into their engine / suspension / machine shop. Kudos to Team Matto!!!

I've purchased a fair few motorcycles (and related bits) over the last ~25 years and my best experience to date has been Bill's in Oregon. I'll call and/or go to him before any of the larger dealerships in the PDX metro area.

Bill Farrell is not only an awesome dealer...he is also one of the "good guys". That meaning...his loves God, family and country in that order. Plus he carries a helmet under his arm when he walks into his dealership, not just a briefcase...if that makes sense I am very proud to have Bill sign on as a dealer last year, and hope to bring on several more like him as we move forward into 2016.

BTW...New Mexico did have a dealer when I signed on in March 2014 but considering they still had new 2011s on the floor, he would not continue as a Gas Gas dealer moving forward.

Lynn, I do not know what state you reside, but if you have a dealer that has expressed interest in adding GG to their existing line, drop me a PM and I will do some research.

Not happy with AOMC. They won't respond. Told me a parts was on backorder from spain when it is not. Confirmed by Rod. I called Matto. Said I may have everything by saturday.

aomc took me a few months to get a sprocket & almost a year to get me my brake cooler from a large order i put in once and never again, that that was 2 years ago . Be wary of them for gasser parts

Bud has a Good man with Brad sometimes when you work with family it does not work out . Bud has lots of years in the business with many skill sets from building one off items with his machining tools to great suspension work . All in all they are a great family business to work with .
