member gallery posting

I tried several times to post pix to the member gallery but get an"error creating directory" message and notify system administrator. Then i noticed that noone has been posting to the member gallery. Or i could just be too dumb to figure it out...
And another thing - why is there no Rocky mountain region? seems weird

Did it happen to say what directory it was trying to create?
