I've been using mineral oil from the pharmacy for a long time and have had no issues.

i have just spoken to a gasgas dealer and he says citreon lhm fluid,
i went to halfords ( biggest uk motor factors) ?12.99 1l with my halfords trade card ?4.21 some mark up eh? .thanks for the replys

Agreed.

Weight shouldn't really have any impact on the action of the MC, however may effect the feel a little.
