My 06 EC300 not running properly!

Well I have done a full rebuild (including a stator rewind) and it is definitely running a lot smoother now, but it still doesn't seem to want to do upper revs. The plug seems rather wet after I have run it for a bit. There doesn't seem to be anymore water on the plug, so thats a start!

I have tried:

-disconnecting the Highlight power wire, as this was something I read that was suggested to make sure the regulator was not playing up.

- Blowing the power valve breather hose out

- New plug

Any other suggestions? im getting very frustrated!

After market muffler gave mine a lot more top end. Before that it hit about 6 or 7 grand and just died.
Mine is an EC300 too so this could help.

I dont mean it in that way, if it were running properly it should be revving and not stuttering trying to get into the higher revs. I know it's not like an mx bike but still the way it is, is not the way it should be revving.

Anyway it does have a brand new fmf powercore on it, so I dont think thats the problem. Thanks for the input though Wence
