need a #7 slide

want to buy a number 7 slide for my 05 de 250. has a # 5 in it now and I cant seem to ever get the jettting just right and the slide is the one thing I have not tried.

You can go on-line and get a Kawasaki #7 slide from a KX 250 for around $54. These same slides go back over 10 years back to when Kawai used the round screw top like the GG. Now these slides come with the little notch cut in them from what I understand. It's a 2.4x1mm notch cut in the slide and actually is supposed to make the slide work a little different from a slide without the notch like you would get if ordered from Sudco. The cheaper route is to send your slide to RB Designs and have him cut it for $15. I'm gonna order on of the slides with the notch to see/feel the actual difference as both my bikes have the regular #7 in them now. Never can have enough jetting stuff.
