Need help with 2008 GasGas EC300 - Suspension & Carb Settings

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the best settings to get the most out of my 2008 GasGas EC300.

Suspension:
• Front: Black Marzocchi forks. They only have adjusters at the bottom.
• Rear: Stock shock. It has the 'screw within a screw' setup (large nut for high-speed, small screw for low-speed compression). There are no clicks, just turns.

What settings (turns out) do you recommend for making it easier to ride at hard enduro/woods hills.
Carburetor:
I'm currently running a 36mm PWK replica with a 50 Pilot and 175 Main. Air screw is at 1 turn out. Even with these jets, it feels lean at idle and I can't get a steady 'ting-ting' rhythm.
• What is your average fuel consumption with this setup?
• Should I switch to the original 38mm carb I have?, but i need to tune it
• mention that i dont have air leaks and whats weird is when i let the bike lay on a wall the rpm increases by a bit and after getting it back to correct position it lowers a bit
Cylinder Life:
I'm currently on a D size piston (last oversize). The cylinder has some aluminum transfer and scuffing from a previous owner.
• Has anyone run D size piston on these bikes?
• How many hours did you get out of it before needing a replate?
Im also running on sun map always. Feels way more alive
Thanks for any advice!"
