needle roller query

im about to do another top end rebuild.
id rather not get raped over the cost of the little end needle roller bearing again, it was 45NZD last time around

the manual says its a 18x22x22 bearing. the part number for a 125 is different than for the other bikes but the other bikes also use a 18x22x22 bearing.
are they the same or what?
im sure i can find a 18x22x22 caged needle roller bearing for less than $40
the problem is that if the part numbers are different im thinking its not a normal bearing

If the piston kit is YZ125, and the rod kit is YZ125, the bearing should be YZ125.

i havent changed the rod, and the piston is a wossner made for a gasgas?

Nothing special about that bearing. My manual is not on this PC but I would not bet on GG part #s.

I'd bet the one in the bike now is fine, as long as the rod and piston pin are fine as well. I don't even bother with these anymore unless I'm doing the rod as well. Think about it, the rod surface is one race of the bearing, and your not swapping that, right? Of course you use the new pin as it comes with the piston.

While there are several posts on this topic I could not find a complete answer on the crossover part number. I beleive the correct 18mm x 22mm x 22mm piston pin, wrist pin, small end connecting rod bearing is very common. The funny/sad thing is that none of the Honda shops in the Chicagoland area had this bearing in stock!

Oh well Wiseco sold me one for <$13 plus shipping.

piston pin bearing

strange, on my EC125?05 the piston pin is 15mm thick and the rod is 20mm.
It has a w?ssner piston kit.
anyone know what the actual standard dimension is on the 125?

on the parts list it says:
12 RODAMIENTO 18X22X22 PIE BIELA / ROD BEARING
ME120116035

if you look at the picture it shows the complete rod with both upper and lower bearings
