I was just looking through uk TBM mag and there s a picture of Danny Mcanny on a gg with a white frame with thinner rails, a purple reiger shock and an aluminium thinner swing arm, as well as slightly different rad shrouds. It also has different two bolt pattern triple clamps. 2014?

Thats a nice 2011 model ;)

I hate it when they bring out new models.. makes me want to upgrade..

Man, this photo says a lot, Mcanny is wearing the gg factory gear except for the new fox dirt paw gloves,I just bought a pair, I went into Chris Watson cycles in cessnock the other day cause I forgot my gloves, I used to think all gloves were gloves, so I buy crappy oneal gloves that I can loose. The unusually knowledgeable flat cap wearing tatted up pin cushion that served me ( I'd say he's a sponsored moto dude earning his keep in the shop) "forced" me to buy these gloves that he labelled "revolutionary, especially when used with dual compound grips" and damn if they are like wearing glue, even when wet, I think they are made of some weird microfibre fake suede, they were 5 bucks more expensive than the oneal gloves.

Edit: I think they are a stars, but the fox gloves are still good:)

What would you expect the difference to be between a 2013 replica and a 2014 model Mick? Generally there isn't a whole lot and the replica models begin to start using some of the components for the up and coming models. In the past this has been forks and linkages.

Being that we can't see the engine its hard to tell if much has changed there, but the swingarm and reiger shock stand out like dogs balls.

Thought it is was getting a new subframe?...makes me wonder if they are just testing the swing arm and new shock on a '13?

that and a different triple clamp, without seeing the engine. yes very hard to tell if this is indeed a '14 model.

Looks like he was on that bike for the Romania Grand Prix....no claer pics of the engine though.

edit: found this

Alloy subframe is covered with plastic trim with the black/white graphic. Looks just like the plastic spars, and also allows fit of the same side panels.

Fooled me too at first when the alloy part first came out, thought it was a hybrid. Check out subframe thread.

ah thanks mate!

I was expecting something completely different.

Appears to be shock testing, rear shock is missing.. must be able to be removed out the bottom?
