New bikes Missing parts? Clay?

New Dealer in canada. New 250 and 300s. Problem is 250 no rear shock and no electric start buttons, So far known missing parts? Can't get hold of distributor today. Maybe Clay can answer some questions. Any info would would be great.

New Dealer in canada. New 250 and 300s. Problem is 250 no rear shock and no electric start buttons, So far known missing parts? Can't get hold of distributor today. Maybe Clay can answer some questions. Any info would would be great.

We had the option of delaying the shipping of the last container of 300 Race kickstart models or shipping them earlier without shock and carb. We agreed to the earlier shipping. Gas Gas sent the shocks and carbs to our warehouse and we installed them on the bikes before we shipped them to dealers. Dave may have done the same or they may not have told him. Wish I knew more.
