Newbie needs help registering ec250 six days

Hello, this is my first time posting on here as i am new to owning a gas gas but i must say i am very happy with the bike i am in the uk and dealing with the DVLA , i have recently bought a spanish import 2011 ec250 six days and i am having trouble registering it with dvla , i require a proof of age certificate , i have emailed gas gas es on a few occasions and they havent replied i also need a type approval no i have found a sticker on the bike with the homologation no. is this the same thing ?? No is e9*92/61*0062* hope someone out there can help thanks garry
