"Hi Jeff, can you please place the story of my stolen bike on a notice board for New Zealand members, Its a gas gas ec250 1997 stolen on 22-09-2016 from Hastings."
Two pictures are attached. It is a '97 gasgas ec250. And Jack's user name on the forum here is Weskusklong - you can contact him via PM or e-mail here on the board.
To me this bike will stand out from another gasgas with the red ignition side cover - this is a larger cover with gasgas across it - this is larger cover with rather huge lighting coil plus counter balancer hump. It also has a machined larger pv cover on that side. Nothing else on the planet will look like that (big red ignition cover...). Being a '97 the swingarm has a different profile as well. I believe the '97 originally came with conventional zoke forks - this one has been upgraded to what look like WPs...
