Come on "Sandy", Get it over with already :D I missed my second to last series race yesterday because of you, and and quite frankly I am tired of worrying weather or not if your going to blow a tree on to my house .. Lets get this Bl0w J*b Done !
thanks I am done now .....:D

I agree, it's getting old. Lights keep blinking, got the gen gassed up ready to go hoping not to need it and that the hammer run course will not be to f-Ed up for this weekend. Hope it just keeps moving thru.

Well,, I have made it through the main part of the storm.. We lost power a couple dozen times but only for seconds to minutes at a time.. better than the predicted weeks of no power.. Reports said that up top of the mountains here in pa(where I live) we hit 80mph gusts..I can say this.. My anderson french doors were flexing in and out from the pressure of the wind.. and they are not in the path of the wind but on the backside of the house from the direct impact of the wind. Our roads are closed. Trees down everywhere.. I may go out with my chainsaw to collect some firewood.. I mean help my neighbors..and if the rain stops take the bike out to explore..
Oh,, and my Mom's house down just north of Philly, (60 miles south of me) lost 7 trees in the front yard.. I will have a busy thursday..

Many homes lost in my town and neighboring towns. Some just floated away.

Thoughts and prayers, God bless you guys as you dig/bail out from this mess.

The wind whipped up as far west as Michigan, but with the leaves off the trees we didn't even loose power.

Prayers go out to those up there also in sandy's path.. We ended up loosing some people in our neighborhood due to the storm. It was/is a nasty storm, and we saw some wet flurries today mixed in with the rain..

not as bad over here, but we did get 16" of snow in 4 hours, and we've not had power since monday. lotsa guys in the woods with chainsaws the last few days - hopefully power is restored soon...

That's terrible. The amount of downed trees here is incredible. I hope to have power today or my chances of going to the Hammer Run are slim.
