They claim 9 pounds. I'd say that is correct.
Yes they make 200s. We brought in about 15 last year, There are still 9 unsold. If you guys who are complaining about no 200s want to send me full, non-refundable payment on 2014 200s I will get a small container. $7749 each. I need 22 of them pre-sold. That's about $170,000. If 22 of you pre-pay them I will give you a $500 discount. That's still about $160k. When can I expect the checks to roll in? If not...then I will stick to my original plan and let this be a clean out year.
Sorry Fletchman. I don't meant to be a jerk. I'm trying to make a point that just because GG makes something it doesn't always make business sense to bring it here. It really bothers me when you guys are critical of decisions I make without taking in all of the cost and considerations to me and my dealers. I have not had one single order from a dealer this year for a 200. That means customers are not walking in putting money down. That means there is no demand right now OR the dealer is making the customer such a deal on the leftover '13 that the customer buys it and the pipeline SLOWLY gets cleaned out. If that is the case then the dealer is moving the unit but he is losing money since he has been paying interest on the bike for the last 6 to 12 months.
Unfortunately that is the way this business works sometimes. If you own a business and you have too much inventory then you probably don't keep adding more on top either.

Clay certainly not trying to start a fight or debate just stated a simple fact that Halls lists the 14 200 for preorder that's it. And I bet you have enough pull to get just one if you had to! But certainly understand if 9 are unsold etc........ Sorry I said anything..........................

It wasn't that you said it. It was more how it was said. And yes I can get one but the freight costs will add another $1000 to $1700 to fly it here.
